Refunds & Cancellations

Subscriptions

ToolKey Pro monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled from Google Play’s subscription management page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Lifetime purchase

Lifetime Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase linked to the purchasing Google account. It does not renew automatically.

Refund requests

Purchases are processed by Google Play. Refund eligibility and processing are normally governed by Google Play’s refund policies and applicable consumer law. Submit eligible refund requests through your Google Play order history or Google support. You may also contact us for assistance identifying your ToolKey product, but we cannot access full payment credentials.

Restoring purchases

Use ToolKey’s restore purchase option while signed in to the same Google account used for purchase. Availability may depend on Google Play services and account status.
