By downloading, enabling or using ToolKey, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Service
ToolKey provides an Android keyboard, local calculation tools, suggestions, clipboard utilities, emoji access, appearance settings and optional paid features. Features may vary by device, Android version, language and active application.
2. Keyboard responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing text, calculations and suggestions before sending or submitting them. ToolKey may produce incorrect results due to unsupported syntax, rounding, app limitations or software defects. Do not rely on ToolKey for safety-critical, medical, legal, tax, investment or financial decisions.
3. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, distribute modified copies, bypass purchase controls, use the app unlawfully, interfere with the service or violate another person’s rights.
4. Google Play and device terms
Installation, updates, billing, refunds and account controls may also be governed by Google Play and Android terms. ToolKey is not affiliated with WhatsApp, Google, Apple, Microsoft or other apps in which the keyboard may be used.
5. ToolKey Pro
Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the end of the current billing period. Lifetime Pro is a one-time entitlement associated with the purchasing Google account, subject to Google Play restoration and account availability.
6. Advertisements
Free versions may show advertising inside the companion app. ToolKey does not place advertising inside the typing keyboard. Advertising availability and personalization may depend on region, consent and Google services.
7. Intellectual property
The ToolKey name, logo, interface, code, graphics and website content are owned by their respective rights holder and protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app.
8. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, plans or support. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Disclaimer
ToolKey is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, including loss of data, profits, messages or business opportunities resulting from use of ToolKey.
11. Termination
You may stop using ToolKey at any time. We may restrict access where required by law, platform policy, security needs or material breach of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
